For young couples with shorter period of infertility whose Fallopian tubes are patent, ovulation is normal / abnormal with relatively normal sperm count; we can plan for Natural cycle attempts / ovulation Induction with attempts of conception as directed by the consultant / Infertility specialist.
Ovulation Induction is done usually with oral drugs for natural attempts and timed coitus can be suggested or we can time the ovulation with hormonal injection and then guide them for natural conception attempts. 8 – 12 % of the normal couples can conceive in this way.
